Product Description

1. Prefabricated steel structure, compact structure, light weight, good rigidity and stability
2. The backgauge adopts an intelligent digital display device, and the number of cuts is automatically counted. The distance between the backgauge can be set according to customer requirements.
3. The motion trajectory of the blade beam is inclined toward the support surface of the bottom blade, so a good shear surface can be obtained. Jacking screw on top blade provides fine adjustment to minimize "chips" or "burrs" on material shear edges
4. The pressing device adopts butterfly spring. There are anti-slip heel blocks on the pressure plate's holding device. The pressure is high but does not damage the sheet metal surface.
5. The machine is driven by an independent fully enclosed gearbox installed directly on the main shaft. It has compact structure, good gear lubrication, low noise and long service life.
6. This machine has no clutch or flywheel. It is directly driven by a magnetic brake motor to shear the plate. This reduces the motor's idle time and saves energy.
7. The front and rear gauges are equipped with dials showing scales. The backgauge can be easily adjusted simultaneously.
