Product Description

feature

1. Assembled steel structure, compact structure, light weight, good rigidity and stability
2. The back gauge adopts an intelligent digital display device, the shear amount can be automatically counted, and the back gauge distance can be set according to customer requirements
3. The movement path of the tool beam is inclined forward to the support surface of the bedknife, and a fine shearing surface can be obtained. Jacking screw on top blade provides fine adjustment to minimize "chips" or "burrs" on cutting edges of material
4. The compression assembly adopts butterfly spring. The press plate has a non-slip heel block on the hold down. More pressure without damaging the sheet metal surface.
5. The machine is driven by an independent fully enclosed gearbox directly mounted on the main shaft. Compact structure, good gear lubrication, low noise and long life.
6. The machine has no clutch and flywheel. It cuts sheet metal directly driven by a magnetic brake motor. This reduces idle time for the motor and saves energy.
7. The front and rear instruments are equipped with dials to display the scale. The back gauge can be easily adjusted in sync.
