Product Description
This molding machine is used in the production of concrete modular houses.
The production process of concrete houses

1. The steel bar is processed by the CNC steel bar machine, and the steel bar (reinforced bar) is woven into a grid and covered on the inner chassis of the forming machine.

2. Produce concrete with concrete machinery.

3. Adjust the molding machine, use the gantry crane and the hopper to lift the concrete, and pour it into the machine until it is full.




4. Cover the molding machine with a quick-setting machine cover, and then turn on the quick-setting machine to make the concrete solidify quickly.

5. After 2-3 hours, a unit combined house is completed, pull out the side panel of the forming machine, adjust the shrinkage of the inner chassis, and separate the house wall. Use the gantry crane to lift the house and store it.
