Production process of concrete composite house
1. Process the steel bars with a CNC steel bar machine, weave the steel bars (reinforced bars) into a grid, and cover the inner chassis of the forming machine.

2. Produce concrete with concrete machinery.

3. Adjust the molding machine, use the gantry crane and the hopper to lift the concrete into the machine until it is full

4. Cover the molding machine with a quick-setting machine cover, and then turn on the quick-setting machine to make the concrete set quickly.

5. After 2-3 hours, a unit modular house is completed, pull the side panels of the forming machine, and adjust the inner chassis to shrink to separate the walls of the house. Use the gantry crane to lift the house and store it.
