For tank/tower manufacturing and on-site construction, we have been developing its automation equipment and turnkey total solutions since 2001. After years of development, NAEC has developed different manufacturing and construction machines for various seams of storage tanks/LNG tanks/towers/tank farms. The automatic tank welding machine we developed is CE compliant. At the same time, we have also developed top-down construction methods supporting equipment, which have been widely used in China's strategic oil storage projects and overseas storage tank construction projects.

Now we have matured total solutions and equipment for bottom-up and top-down tank construction. With NAEC solutions, we can help our clients complete the construction of a tank within a month. The first-time pass rate of X-ray is not less than 99.5%. The mechanical properties meet the requirements of low temperature impact test.
