Ⅰ.Oreview
The RSD/BS208 series drilling fluid shaker is ahigh-efficiency double-layer drilling fluid screening equipmentindependently developed by our company. The unit can realize dual balanced-elliptical motion trajectories in both forward and reverse directions, fundamentally solving industry pain points such as screen blinding and sand clogging in traditional screening operations. It significantly improves material discharge speed, greatly enhances processing capacity and screening accuracy, while extending screen service life by 20% and effectively reducing overall equipment and screen operation and maintenance costs.
This series of screens adoptscomposite frame screens, equipped with a press-fit rubber strip full-frame sealing structure, featuring reliable sealing, convenient assembly and disassembly, simple operation and efficient maintenance. The equipment is also standard equipped with aHydraulic Deck angle adjustment systemfor lifting the screen box and aMud Anti-Splash device, which can flexibly adapt to different working conditions, maintain a clean operating environment, and greatly reduce on-site labor intensity.
