Ⅲ.Working Principle

1.This degasser is a vacuum-type degasser, which utilizes the suction effect of a vacuum pump and an ejector to create a negative pressure zone inside the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, mud enters the upper part of the tank through the suction pipe, flows evenly around the umbrella-shaped plate in a thin layer, and descends. Under the influence of vacuum, bubbles in the mud rise and burst, releasing gas, which is then extracted by the air compressor and discharged to a safe area. The mud is expelled from the bottom of the tank through the suction effect of the ejector and transferred to the circulation tank of the solid control system.

2.When the liquid level in the tank reaches a preset height, the three-way control valve automatically opens to allow air to enter, preventing excessive vacuum from forming in the tank. The mud level inside the tank is controlled by a float.
