VFD Intelligent Variable Frequency Centrifuge
The VFD intelligent variable frequency centrifuge features three control modes, offering flexible operation and stable performance.
1.Manual mode
The speed and differential speed can be directly set according to the on-site working conditions, and the large and small motors and liquid supply pumps can be started respectively. It is mainly used for equipment fault diagnosis and emergency handling.
2.Automatic mode: Constant torque mode
automatically adjust the differential speed according to the set torque percentage and mud conditions, and simultaneously adapt to the flow rate of the slurry pump, effectively avoiding material blockage and overload.
3.Automatic mode: Constant difference speed mode
automatically adjusts the flow rate of the slurry pump based on the real-time torque and mud conditions, ensuring precise control and stable operation.
The entire system supports online real-time monitoring, which can intuitively display vibration intensity, bearing temperature, and lubricant filling countdown, as well as current overload protection, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

VFD Variable Frequency Centrifuge
Ruishengda VFD variable frequency centrifuges have the following features:
· The motor start and stop are controlled by a frequency converter, and the speed of the drum and pusher can be adjusted steplessly.
· The centrifuge's operating current parameters can be viewed in real time, and it is equipped with an emergency stop button.

Industrial frequency centrifuge

· The rotational speed can be changed by replacing the drive pulley.
