The unit is a new product developped by our company, it integrates extraction, vacuum concentration and solvent recovery, simplifies the operation procedure. Meanwhile, the whole extraction, concentration and recovery is finished in the enclosed flow path, avoiding the leakage. It uses electric lift discharge, improves the working environment, reduces energy consumption. The contact part of the unit and the material is made with the stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and meeting the standard of the GMP.

Usages:

It is suitable for the extraction and concentration of herbal medicine liquid and fruit juice and the recovery of organic solvent in hospitals, pharmaceutical factories and food industry.

It equips with vacuum switch and control box, easy for operation. It can realize normal temperature extraction and low temperature concentration;Room temperature extraction and concentration;Low temperature extraction and concentration process requirements.

4. Electric heating structure design advanced, efficient, safe, heating and cooling fast, even heating.Tank is equipped with safety pressure relief device to ensure safe use.

5. Reflux extraction process can be realized to reduce extraction and concentration time and save solvent.

6. Unique oil-water separator design makes the oil-water separation effect better.Use glass material, easy to observe.

Q.Do you provide installation&debugging service?

A. Yeah, if single machine, we will send you the installation drawing and documents first, if you still have problems, we will arrange our engineers go to your place for installation guiding.  If it is a production line, our engineer will go to your place do installation & debugging for you directly. 

Q. Do you provide after-sale service? 

A.  The warranty period is one year. If there's any problem of the equipment not caused by reasonable operation in one year,we will help you solve it (If it is small problem like spare part is broken, we will send you freely;other small problem we will guide  you to solve it by phone or e-mail;If the problem cannot be solved by guiding,we will arrange technician come to your place to mend it after confirmation).
