Injection blow molding machines and injection stretch blow molding machines.

The machine is divided into three stations: injection of preforms, blow/stretch blow molding and product release. The raw material is injected from the hopper to the injection screw into the preform; the plate rotates the preform to the blow molding/stretch blow molding station by its own heat, without any reheating for blow molding,
Then the product rotates to the release station and descends, which is a fully automatic cycle rotation working mode.

Compared with the traditional bottle blowing machine, the JASU one-step bottle blowing machine has many advantages. First, no reheating is required. The preform itself is heated during injection blowing, which highly saves energy and shortens the molding time. More importantly, it is a one-step machine cut-off. It eliminates the transfer process of the two-step blow molding machine and avoids contamination caused during the transfer process, especially for pharmaceutical and food containers, saving labor and transfer costs, reducing production costs, and improving product competitiveness.

The one-step injection stretch blow molding machine processes everything from raw materials to products in one step. The entire process includes preform injection, stretch blow molding, and demoulding. No scrap material, no runner material, but the neck, bottom, and lines are perfect, with higher transparency and higher rigidity. Stretch-blow molded products have thinner walls and save material.

The one-step injection stretch blow molding machine can complete high-speed molding without reheating the preform. Utilizing the heat from preform injection to stretching and blow molding, unnecessary reheating and shortening the preform cooling time save energy.

The one-step injection stretch blow molding machine optimizes the working structure, eliminates disadvantages of molding, and eliminates complex processes, ensuring more reliable molding and increasing the scrap rate.

The one-step injection stretch blow molding machine reduces transportation costs and avoids secondary pollution, making it especially suitable for food and pharmaceutical companies. For example, to transport a 19g 500ML bottle, if a 1 cubic meter suitcase is used, 1024 bottles can be loaded, or 9280 preforms, but if raw materials are used, 56421 bottles can be produced. The material logistics cost can be reduced by 98.2% compared with the cost of transfer bottles; compared with the cost of transfer bottle preforms, the cost can be reduced by 83.6%.
