JASU one-step blow molding machine includes

Injection blow molding machines and injection stretch blow molding machines.

These machines are three stations, injection preform, blow/stretch blow and product release. The raw material is injected from the hopper to the injection screw to inject the preform; the plate is heated by itself to rotate the preform to the blow/stretch blow station without reheating for blow molding,
Then the product will be rotated to the release station and lowered, it is a fully automatic cycle rotation working mode.

Compared with the traditional blow molding machine, the JASU one-step blow molding machine has many advantages. First, there is no need for reheating. The preform itself is heated during injection blowing, which is very energy-saving and shortens the molding time. The step-by-step bottle blowing machine transfer process avoids the pollution caused by the transfer process, especially for medicine and food containers, saves labor and transfer costs, reduces production costs, and improves product competitiveness.

With the increasing requirements for high quality and elegant appearance in the packaging fields of food, beverages, cosmetics, etc., the plastic containers produced by the old-fashioned extrusion blow molding machine can no longer meet the needs of customers. However, with a one-step injection stretch blow molding machine, the process from raw material to product is completed in one step. The entire process includes preform injection, stretch blowing and demolding. No trim, no runner gate material, but perfect neck, bottom and lines, higher transparency, higher rigidity. Thin-walled stretch blow molded products save material.

One-step injection stretch-blow molding machines complete high-speed molding without reheating the preform. Utilize the heat from the preform injection to stretching and blow molding, no reheating is required, and the preform cooling time is shortened to save energy.

The one-step injection stretch blow molding machine optimizes the working structure, eliminates the unfavorable factors of molding, cuts off the complicated process, makes the molding more reliable, and improves the scrap rate.

One-step injection stretch blow molding machine reduces conveying costs and avoids secondary pollution, especially for food and pharmaceutical companies. Take the transit 19g 500ML bottle as an example, if you use a 1m³ trunk, you can hold 1024 bottles, or 9280 preforms, but if you use raw materials, you can produce 56421 bottles. The material logistics cost is 98.2% lower than that of the transfer bottle; compared with the cost of the transfer preform, the cost can be reduced by 83.6%.
