The W21 series pressure sensor core is a dry ceramic capacitive pressure sensor made of ceramic materials and a special method. Ceramics are recognized as highly elastic, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, impact- and vibration-resistant materials. The thermal stability of ceramics makes it possible to operate in a temperature range of -40 to 135°C, and has high-precision measurement and high stability. Its anti-overload capacity can reach 100 times of the range, which completely solves the shortcoming of other types of sensors with poor overload capacity in small ranges. In addition to the general sensor range, the most distinctive feature is its positive and negative gauge pressure functions, such as: ±10kPa, ±1MPa etc. The ceramic capacitive pressure sensor has high output and wide range, and is especially suitable for manufacturing high-performance industrial control pressure transmitters and adapting to pressure measurement in harsh environments.
