HLN-LM-JL is mainly used for manully welding the battery and the nickel strip in the cylindrical battery PACK, the welding tension between the cell and the nickel is ≥30N, suitable for spot welding lithium battery for electric motorcycle,electric
car, solar street lighting and electric tools.

The dual pulse feature provides strong, clean, repetitive welds. The first pulse heats the weld surface to eliminate contaminants and to seat the welding electrode tips. The second pulse then performs a strong spot weld. This process is designed specifically for battery pack spot welding.
