Product Description

Features

1. There is a degassing chamber to prevent solid particles from adhering to the air bubbles and make the solid particles fall like a parachute.
2. The feeding pipe is lower than the slurry surface; it can prevent air from being brought in during feeding
3. The feeding sleeve moves down and is equipped with a receiving plate. Therefore, the feed slurry falls evenly and steadily, preventing the tumbling phenomenon caused by the residual pressure of the feed
4. There is an inner overflow weir to make the slurry flow according to the predetermined route, avoid short circuit and expand the settlement area
5. The inner overflow weir is made into a zigzag shape, which eliminates the partial water absorption caused by the uneven overflow weir.
6. The nail line is changed from a slash to a curve. The discharge underflow therefore has a higher density, increasing throughput.

Thickener working principle:

The high-efficiency dense thickener is mainly composed of a round thickening basin and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the thickening tank fall down under the action of gravity, and the upper part is clear water to separate the solid particles from the liquid. The ore pulp deposited at the bottom of the thickening tank is continuously scraped by the rake scraper to the discharge port at the center of the bottom of the tank, and the clean water overflows along the upper edge of the thickening tank.

Thickener Features:

(1) Add flocculant to increase the particle size of falling solid particles and accelerate the falling process.
(2) Add a sloping plate to shorten the falling distance of ore particles and increase the falling area.
