Product Description

Features

1. Equipped with a degassing chamber to prevent solid particles from adhering to the air bubbles, so that the solid particles fall like a parachute.
2. The feeding pipe is lower than the pulp surface; it can prevent the air from being brought into the feeding
3. The feeding sleeve moves down and is equipped with a feeding plate. Therefore, the feeding slurry falls evenly and smoothly, preventing the tumbling phenomenon caused by the residual pressure of the feeding material.
4. There is an inner overflow weir to make the slurry flow according to the predetermined route, avoid short circuit and expand the settlement area
5. The inner overflow weir is made into a zigzag shape, which eliminates the local water absorption phenomenon caused by the uneven overflow weir.
6. The hook line is changed from a slash to a curve. Therefore, the discharge undercurrent density is higher and the processing capacity is enhanced.

How thickeners work:

The high-efficiency thickener is mainly composed of a circular thickening tank and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentration tank fall under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clear water, which separates the solid particles from the liquid. The ore slurry deposited at the bottom of the concentration tank is continuously scraped by the rake scraper to the center discharge port at the bottom of the tank, and the clean water overflows along the upper edge of the concentration tank.
