Introduction: Vacuum salt making is the process of evaporating, crystallizing, dehydrating and drying brine to make final salt.
The main process of vacuum salt production includes four processes: brine preparation and treatment process, evaporation crystallization process, dehydration and drying process, and packaging and storage process.
The vacuum salt making equipment line includes: atmospheric condenser, four-effect evaporation system, conveyor, crusher, hoist, preheater, filter, centrifugal dryer, packaging machine, etc.
For the capacity of the production line, we can produce according to the requirements of customers. The production capacity is 3-20 tons/hour.
