I Description of heavy-duty transformer coil winding machine:

This machine is used for winding coils of big capacity transformers and reactors.

This machine adopts big power AC inverter motor. One sensor is mounted on the tail terminal which can check coil turns and tap positions accurately and display them on touch screen (HMI).

This machine is equipped with winding axial and radial compacting device and so the wounded windings will be more compact and even, and thus assures the quality of winding coils.
