The Mining Main Ventilation Fan is designed for main ventilation systems in coal mines and underground mining operations. Featuring a two-stage counter-rotating axial impeller design, the fan provides high airflow and pressure performance for continuous mine ventilation and exhaust applications.
It can be configured with flameproof motors and customized according to mine ventilation resistance, required airflow, pressure, shaft dimensions, power supply, and operating conditions.
The FBCDZ series is suitable for mine main ventilation stations, return-air systems, underground mine exhaust systems, and other demanding mining ventilation applications.
The FBCDZ fan uses two axial impellers rotating in opposite directions.
The first impeller transfers energy to the airflow, while the second counter-rotating impeller further increases the airflow energy and pressure capability.
Typical airflow direction:
Underground Mine → Return Air System → FBCDZ Fan → Exhaust Outlet → Atmosphere
The counter-rotating configuration allows the fan to provide the pressure required by high-resistance mine ventilation networks.
The FBCDZ Series is commonly designed for:
· Coal Mine Main Ventilation
· Underground Mine Ventilation
· Mine Exhaust Ventilation
· Main Return-Air Systems
· Deep Mine Ventilation
· High-Resistance Mine Ventilation
· Underground Metal Mine Ventilation
· Main Mine Ventilation Stations
· Mine Return Shafts
· Centralized Underground Ventilation Systems
· Continuous-Duty Mining Ventilation
The fan is particularly suitable for projects requiring high airflow, high pressure and continuous operation.
