Flue Gas Desulfurization & Denitrification Centrifugal Fan

Flue Gas Desulfurization & Denitrification Centrifugal Fan | FGD Fan | DeNOx Fan

Product Overview

The Flue Gas Desulfurization & Denitrification Centrifugal Fan is designed for industrial flue gas treatment systems used to control sulfur oxides (SOx), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and other pollutants generated by combustion and industrial processes.

The fan provides the airflow and pressure required to transport flue gas through desulfurization, denitrification and associated air pollution control equipment.

EMS supplies customized centrifugal fans for FGD systems, SCR systems, SNCR systems, flue gas treatment systems, boiler exhaust systems and industrial emission-control applications.

Depending on the process, gas composition and installation position, the fan can be configured for untreated flue gas, treated flue gas, corrosive gas, high-temperature gas or other process conditions.

Key Features

1. Designed for Flue Gas Treatment

The fan can be integrated into industrial flue gas desulfurization and denitrification systems.

Typical equipment may include:

· FGD systems

· SCR systems

· SNCR systems

· Wet scrubbers

· Dry desulfurization systems

· Semi-dry desulfurization systems

· Gas heaters

· Dust collectors

· Heat exchangers

· Exhaust stacks

2. High Static Pressure Capability

Centrifugal fan construction provides the pressure capability required to overcome resistance from:

· Ductwork

· Scrubbers

· Absorbers

· Filters

· Heat exchangers

· Reactors

· Dampers

· Chimneys

3. Corrosion-Resistant Configuration

Wet FGD systems can expose the fan to moisture and corrosive compounds.

Depending on the actual gas conditions, material options may include:

· Carbon steel

· Stainless steel

· Corrosion-resistant alloys

· FRP

· Protective coatings

· Customized materials

4. High-Temperature Configuration

For upstream flue gas applications, the fan may need to handle elevated gas temperatures.

High-temperature construction can be configured according to the actual operating temperature.

5. Customized Fan Engineering

EMS can customize:

· Airflow

· Static pressure

· Fan size

· Motor power
