Industrial Dust Collection Centrifugal Fan | Dust Extraction Fan | Dust Collector Fan
The Industrial Dust Collection Centrifugal Fan is designed for industrial dust extraction, dust collection, particulate removal and air filtration systems. It provides the airflow and static pressure required to move dust-laden or filtered air through hoods, ductwork, baghouse dust collectors, cartridge filters and other air pollution control equipment.
With a robust centrifugal impeller and industrial-duty construction, the fan can be configured for different dust conditions, airflow requirements, system resistance, operating temperatures and installation environments.
EMS provides customized industrial dust collection fans and centrifugal dust extraction fans for manufacturing plants, steel mills, cement plants, mining operations, woodworking facilities, grain processing plants, chemical plants and other industrial applications.
The fan is engineered for continuous-duty industrial dust extraction and centralized dust collection systems. It can be integrated with baghouse filters, cartridge collectors, cyclones, scrubbers and other filtration equipment.
Centrifugal fan construction provides the pressure capability required to overcome resistance from long ductwork, elbows, dampers, filters, collectors and exhaust systems.
Airflow and pressure can be selected according to the actual dust collection system rather than using a one-size-fits-all configuration.
The casing, impeller, shaft, bearings and drive system can be configured for continuous industrial operation and demanding working conditions.
For abrasive dust such as cement dust, mineral dust, metal particles and other hard particulates, wear-resistant materials or protective construction can be considered according to the application.
Depending on fan size and application requirements, direct-drive, coupling-drive or belt-drive configurations can be supplied.
A VFD can be incorporated when airflow adjustment, process control or energy optimization is required, subject to motor and hazardous-area requirements.
