1. Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: As a nickel-iron-chromium alloy supplemented with molybdenum and copper, it exhibits excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing acids (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid). It also resists corrosion from seawater, brine, and industrial corrosive media. The reasonable alloy ratio forms a dense passivation film on the surface, effectively preventing pitting and crevice corrosion. 2. Stable Mechanical Performance: The tensile strength at room temperature is ≥550MPa, and the yield strength is ≥240MPa. It has good toughness and ductility, which can withstand the impact of high-solid-content fluid particles in industrial filtration. It is not easy to deform or break during long-term use and is convenient for secondary processing such as cutting and bending. 3. 30 Mesh Functional Advantages: The 0.55–0.60mm aperture realizes medium-coarse precision filtration, which can efficiently separate impurities of 550–600μm.
