1. Corrosion Resistance: PREN≥32 (superior to 317 and 316L). Low carbon content avoids intergranular corrosion after welding; high molybdenum content strengthens resistance to chloride pitting/crevice corrosion. It can resist erosion from sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid and seawater, suitable for harsh corrosive environments.

2. Mechanical Performance: Tensile ≥485MPa, yield ≥170MPa. It maintains stable toughness and structural integrity in the temperature range of -60℃to 300℃, with no brittle failure even in extreme low-temperature conditions.

3. Processability: Optimal welding with ER317L filler; excellent cold/hot forming performance. Complex processing (such as deep stamping) can be assisted by intermediate annealing to maintain material ductility and dimensional accuracy.
