Overview

The ZB500S automatic solder paste mixer uses the centrifugal force generated by revolution and the energy of the 45-degree rotation of the revolution axis to continuously move the solder paste downward. The solder paste located at the bottom of the tank moves upward from the surroundings, forming a tornado funnel-shaped stirring effect, which stirs, softens and defoams the solder paste with appropriate viscosity. The solder paste has good wettability and uniform diffusion. After mixing, the printing effect is excellent, and the best soldering performance can be achieved during reflow soldering.
