brief introduction
High-frequency precision electric bridge is a multi-functional component tester used to test various electronic components. Using the most popular 7-inch 800x480 color TFT LCD screen, users can read the test results more intuitively and more comfortably. It is an impedance meter with high speed, wide test range and 6-bit test resolution.
The instrument meets the requirements of production line quality assurance, purchasing inspection and laboratory measurements. The main test products include microphones, resonators, inductors, ceramic capacitors, liquid crystal displays, varactors, transformers, etc.
The Handler, RS232C, USB, GPIB and other interfaces provided by the instrument, as well as a complete command system, can help users easily build a test system.
Performance characteristics
Ø Four-parameter display, any parameter combination, up to 12 measurement parameters.
Ø 7 inch 16:9 TFT LCD display, resolution: 800×480 RGB.
Ø The basic measurement accuracy is 0.05%, and the maximum test speed can reach 200 times/second.
Ø Test frequency range: 20Hz-5MHz, the resolution is 10mHz.
Ø Automatic level control ALC function for testing voltage or current.
Ø 30Ω, 100Ω, 50Ω, 10/CC and other four different signal source output impedance
Ø Built-in comparator, 10-level sorting and counting function
Ø Graphical sweep analysis function supports frequency/level/offset sweeps, helping you easily analyze device performance.
