The flexible straw machine automatically bends straight straws into flexible ones. The machine is fully automatic from straight straws to flexible products, requiring only workers to add straight straws to the hopper.

Straight straws are fed from a hopper at the top of the machine, then clamped by 2 manipulators and fed one by one into the main drum of the machine. As the main drum rotates, the straw passes through 2 rotating dies to form indentations. After pressing with 2 robotic arms, a folded indentation similar to shrinkage is formed. Finally, the finished product is automatically output. The main drum can run 12 straws continuously. In addition, the machine has high-speed production capacity.
