JC-500C Plastic Fast Food Box Product Type PS Plate Making Machine

JC-500C series automatic blow molding machine is developed by our R&D personnel according to the needs of the packaging market.

The machine adopts automatic flow hood blow molding or suction molding, punching, cutting and other processes to meet the special requirements of users for products. The equipment uses plate heating to produce small power consumption, small surface area, economic and practical, widely used in PVC, PET, PS tray, cup lid thermoforming box and other industries.

1.Speed reducer,main-rotating connection, main shaft are on the line for mechanical transsion.

2.Sensor controls are adopted in Pneumatic system, which is equipped with PLC touch screen.

3.JC-500C has frequency control of motor,servo motor traction which make machine stroke

adjustable. It's easy to change the mold.

4.Positive pressure formation in the equipment(Puffing forming).
