Working principles:
The mixed slurry is pumped through the intermediary medium (filter cloth), and the solid matter stays in the filter chamber formed by two filter plates, and gradually accumulates on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid part passes through the filter cloth, and the clear liquid without solids flows out of the filter press.
The filter chamber of the chamber filter press is composed of two adjacent filter plates. The main advantages of this type are small feed wear, fast filtration speed, high temperature and high pressure resistance, good sealing performance, even filter cake washing, low moisture content, uniform pressure in the filter chamber, and not easy to damage the filter plate. It is suitable for all solid-liquid separation industries .

Filter cake:
A solid concentrate obtained by pressing a suspension in a pressing process.

Filtering form: It can be divided into two filtering forms: visible flow and invisible flow.

Flow rate seen: There are outflow pipes on both sides of the filter plate, and the filtrate flows out directly from the filter plate.

For the hidden flow form: the filtrate from each filter plate is gathered together and then flows out from a pipe.

Workshop: The frame of the filter press is welded with high-quality solid steel Q235 and Q345. The frame is the basic component of the filter press, with the thrust plate and compression plate on the upper part. The two parts are connected by cross beams on both sides. The cross beam is used to support the filter plate, filter frame and pressure plate.

Filter plate: The filter plate is all made of high-quality PP material. It can be used about 50,000-80,000 times.

Filter cloth: Filter cloth is the filter medium in the filtration equipment and the main accessory of the filter press. Generally speaking, the mesh density of filter cloth determines the filtration accuracy. Select the appropriate filter cloth based on the temperature, viscosity and particle size of your slurry.
