The rotary double hook shot blasting machine is a shot blasting equipment for castings, forgings and small metal processing parts. Larger workpieces can be hung uniquely on hooks. Smaller workpieces will be placed on special tools and then hung on hangers. After loading the workpiece, the hook will be driven into the shot blasting chamber along the T or Y elevated track.

The workpiece rotates in the shot blasting chamber and is impacted by steel shots from the shot blaster installed on one side of the chamber wall. The other side of the chamber wall is called the hot zone because it is subject to intense abrasive flow.

The hot zone is protected by a manganese alloy lining. After 3-5 minutes of sandblasting cleaning, the workpiece will go out along the T or Y elevated track.

Spinner double hook shot blasting machine is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of small castings and forgings in foundry, construction, chemical industry, motor, machine tool and other industries. It is specially used for cleaning small sticky sand, sand core and oxide scale of various types and small batches of castings, forgings and steel structural parts.
