1. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of receipt of the welder by our end users, excluding accessories and wearing parts.

2. We will reply to the customer within 24 hours after receiving the warranty notice. Our repair services include information provision, remote assistance, parts delivery and more.

3. If there is a quality problem with the machine during the warranty period, after confirmation by our company's after-sales service department, if necessary, our company will provide maintenance parts for free and bear the corresponding transportation costs.

4. The shortest supply life of our equipment components is generally 7 years after the product is delivered.
