1. How to check the product quality?
After starting production, we will take photos for confirmation every step, and have our own quality control department.


2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Ali Trade Assurance, T/T, Western Union, Paypal, etc. Some banks will charge some handling fees.


3. How long is the delivery time? What is the mode of transportation?
Delivery takes approximately 10-15 working days. Please note public holidays.
Goods will be shipped by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT or other carriers as needed.

4. How to track my shipment?
Your item will be shipped after you checkout.

A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can check the progress on the carrier's website.


5. What if my goods do not arrive?
Allow up to 4-7 business days for your item to arrive.
