1. The main motor adopts imported stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
2. The feeding and discharging device is controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch (Mitsbish automatic tension controller from Japan).
3. Ceramic mesh cloth is used to distribute the screen roller, which is durable, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, which is beneficial to reduce the replacement frequency of the screen roller and improve printing efficiency.
4. The printing unit can be registered at 360 degrees; each printing unit can engage with the cylinder to improve printing efficiency.
5. Each printing unit is equipped with a group of infrared dryers.
6. The reddening discharge device adopts an inflatable mandrel.
7. The ink roller falls off automatically when the machine stops, and rotates at a low speed to prevent the ink from drying.
8. Roll feeding, printing, polishing, automatic infrared drying, laminating and winding can be completed at one time.
