A wire drawing machine usually changes the diameter or shape of the wire from disk to disk through a wire drawing die to move the desired diameter or shape. Lubricating oil must be added when the wire enters the wire drawing die, and the wire drawing die has special cooling (usually water-cooled jacket cooling). The closing machine provides power.
The wire enters the drawing room through the pay-off frame, and is stretched through the tower pulley and the drawing die. The cooling methods of wire drawing include spraying and semi-immersion. Then pass through the constant speed wheel, and then enter the take-up reel through the traction wheel. The stretching tower wheels are arranged horizontally in a single row.
The body of the wire drawing machine is welded by steel plate and section steel. The tower wheel shaft transmission adopts double chain transmission.
