two. Drawing Machine Instructions

1. Drive system

The transmission mode of the wire drawing machine is: frequency conversion motor + narrow V belt + hard tooth surface reducer + narrow V belt driving slider.

2. Blocking

The block body is precision cast with cast steel, and tempered again after rough machining. The working face of the block body is welded with wear-resistant piano wire, sprayed with cemented carbide, and finished by a grinder. The rigidity of the block working face is greater than HRC60. The inner surface of the block is sprayed with aluminium.

Narrow-gap water cooling is adopted inside the block, and centralized air cooling is adopted outside the block. All blocks are secured with tilted rollers.

3. Mold box

All are ordinary mold boxes (the mold size should be provided by the customer). The mould box is directly cooled with water.

The tuning roller is driven by an air cylinder. The mold box can be flexibly adjusted up and down, front and rear, left and right, and can be fixed. Top screws and mold box nuts are made of tin bronze. The guide die made of cemented carbide is fixed at the entrance of the die box.

4. Gearbox

The main bearing of the hard-tooth surface gearbox adopts Japanese NSK products. All gearboxes are filled with VG220 compound gear oil before leaving the factory.

5. Safety cover

There is a safety cover on the top of each block that needs to be closed before the device can be activated. If the cover is open, the device can only operate at low speed. The safety cover covers the entire front of the operating side, with fluorescent lamps inside for lighting. The safety cover is spring controlled.

6. Lubrication

The electric grease pump is a stationary type and can automatically fill the slider spindle bearing with oil.

7. Receipt

The coiler is driven by a variable frequency motor to realize non-stop coiling. There are two rows of slide rails at the bottom of the carrier frame for easy rack replacement. (The size of the bearing frame is provided by the user).
