Detailed description

1. Roller: chilled alloy cast iron roll with a surface hardness of 68~72HS. Rolls are mirror polished and polished, properly ground, and hollowed out for cooling or heating.

2. Roll Gap Adjustment Device: Nip adjustment at both roll ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the main body of the brass housing.

3. Roll Cooling: Universal swivel joint with inner nozzle with hose and header. The plumbing is complete up to the end of the water supply line.

4. Journal Bearing Box: Heavy duty cast steel box with anti-friction roller bearings.

5. Lubrication: Fully automatic grease lubrication pump for anti-friction roller bearings mounted in dust-proof housings.

6. Bracket Frame and Apron: Heavy duty steel casting.

7. Gearbox: Hard tooth surface reducer, Guomao brand.

8. Bottom frame: Heavy-duty common bottom frame, steel channel and MS plate are precision-processed and manufactured, and the whole machine is equipped with a gearbox and a motor.

9. Electrical panel: Star-delta electrical operation panel with automatic reversing, voltmeter, ammeter, overload protection relay, three-phase indicator light and emergency stop switch.
