Is OEM&ODM available?

Yes, we provide OEM&ODM service. Usually, engineer samples will be ready within 1 week, because we have strong RD team support with 15 experienced engineers (9 EE and 6 ME).

What kind of inspections can you offer?

From material procurement (IQC) to finished product (OQC), Vation is tested and inspected many times by different departments. And ask a third-party inspection company, or a designated company, before delivery.

How long is your warranty period?

Vation provides a 1 (one) year warranty on the product from the date of your purchase, excluding man-made damage and force majeure. For better maintenance, please ensure that the player is used under normal conditions (no more than 16 hours per day).
During the warranty period, if it is a hardware problem, after we confirm it, Vation will send a new replacement part free of charge and pay the freight of the replacement part. The buyer only needs to cooperate and send the damaged part back to our factory.
For the advertising machine in question, it should be returned to the factory for repair. Vation will be responsible for the cost of such repairs, including but not limited to the cost of new parts and our cost of shipping the product or parts to the buyer.
For machines beyond the warranty period, Vation will provide maintenance services and technical support (Vation is not responsible for hardware and other possible costs).
