LS-35LD, LS-50LD, LS-75LD, LS-100LD, LS-120LD, LS-150LD back pressure sterilizers are controlled by microcomputer program and adopt electric heating method. The water is injected directly into the sterilization chamber and heated to generate the high pressure steam required for sterilization. After the sterilization is completed, the compressed air is passed through the outside for cooling for 3 minutes, and the internal temperature is lowered by 30~40℃. This sterilizer is designed for boiling sterilization and rapid cooling pressure sterilization. The boiling range is set to ≤100°C. Rapid cooling pressure sterilization range temperature preselected from 105°C to 134°C. The heating tube is equipped with overload protection, and the buzzer alarm indicates the end of sterilization. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable, suitable for the disinfection and sterilization of food packaging, utensils, equipment and other items, especially for sterility testing in food research institutes.

The sterilizer is equipped with a safety valve, the pressure is automatically released when the pressure exceeds 0.25mpa, and the power is directly cut off when the temperature exceeds 140°C. And also with overcurrent load protection, safe and reliable.

3  feature

a) Equipped with pressure/temperature controller, the pressure setting range is 0.07~0.22MPa (corresponding to the saturated steam temperature of 115~134℃).

b) Equipped with a safety valve, when the sterilization pressure exceeds the allowable value, the pressure is automatically released.

5 How it works

This product is designed for two types of disinfection: . Direct heating produces pressurized steam. Then the pressure steam acts on the microorganism to destroy its structure and achieve the purpose of sterilization. For the rapid cooling and sterilization procedure, first fill the chamber with 6 liters of tap water, then heat for about 25 minutes to sterilize while maintaining the internal temperature. Sterilization time is 35-40 minutes. After completion, manually inject 0.24MPa compressed air into the chamber, then open the drain valve 1/2 to drain, and back-pressure cooling the flexible package. Quickly cool for 3 minutes, manually close the entry of compressed air and tap water, and the temperature of indoor objects can be reduced to 30~40℃.
