brief introduction

Thrust roller bearings are separable bearings that can only withstand axial loads and slight shocks to limit the axial displacement of the shaft (or housing) in one direction, and it can be used as a single axial position. However, its carrying capacity is much greater than that of thrust ball bearings.

 

 

One-way thrust ball bearings consist of shaft washers, seat washers and ball and cage thrust assemblies.

The bearings are separable so installation is simple as the washers and ball and cage assemblies can be installed separately.

Types: Bearings with a flat seat on the seat ring, bearings with a spherical seat and bearings with a seat ring

This type of bearing can withstand axial loads in one direction, so that the shaft is positioned axially in one direction. They must not bear any radial loads.

Thrust roller bearings are used for axles bearing axial loads and combined radial loads, but the radial load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this bearing has a lower coefficient of friction, higher rotational speed and self-aligning performance. The rollers of these bearings are spherical and the spherical raceway surfaces of the races are self-aligning.
