DTB Crystallizer
DTB type crystallizer, is a turbulent flow crystallizer complete with a draft tube and baffle. It is versatile continuous crystallizer , is best model for both vacuum evaporative crystallization and vacuum flash cooling crystallization.
A DTB type crystallizer is composed of a heater, an evaporative crystallizer, a circulating pump, a vertical axial flow pump, crystallizing zone, evaporating zone and mother liquor zone. It produce larger particle than FC type crystallizer produced, unifrom and smooth, size between 0.2-1.2mm. Different products have different crystal sizes, adjustable within certain range.
DTB type crystallizer is complex in structure design, vacuum evaporative crystallization has a heater and a condenser and vacuum flash cooling crystallization has a crystallization chamber.
