Provided process and training

Deep controllable plasma nitriding patent technology, nitriding depth can reach 1.2mm and control the surface structure to obtain excellent fatigue properties.

Plasma oxygen sulfur nitride co-infiltration, on the outside of the diffusion layer, FeS and Fe3O4 layers with thefunction of oil storage and solid lubricant are obtained, which combine wear-resistance and reducing wear performance.

Our plasma nitriding production base has complete inspection equipment with four large plasma nitriding furnace,providing technical training and turnkey project at any time.
