1. Usage: This Kind of machine ( pulley or OTO type ) is an ideal equipment used to draw steel wire material of high, medium and low carbon steel , as well as copper, aluminum and alloy, the machines are applied to drawing wire in the factories and nail, screw and rivet making factories etc.
2. Structure: the equipment consists consist of main reduction box, die casing , wheel frame ,
Wire brace and electrical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body, the gear pair is lubricated with oil.
In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block, the cooling means is installed in inter-wall of the block.
3. The machine runs with crawl or linkage. The safety halt gear is installed by the position of operation block.
