Product Application
Blow-Fill-Seal machine is specially designed and researched by ChinaSun R&D group team. It blows/extrudes pharmaceutical grade PP/PE into container, fill and seal fully automatically. It runs continuously quickly (about 11-18 seconds). all these functions are fulfilled under aseptic condition and products will not expose on bacteria condition. This kind of Blow-Fill-Seal technology without bacteria, particle or pyrogen is highly recommended by USP.

3) One operator is enough for blowing,filling and sealing stations, which saves labor.
4) It saves energy.This machine has high-speed thermal insulation screw,which melt the plastic granule by friction and can save more than 50% energy than the traditional blowing machine.
5) It adopts the latest asepsis packaging idea.It can realize asepsis filling in the normal situation, no need external air-filter or aespsis situation.Whole filter and parts which has connect with the drug should have CIP and SIP(between 121c °140c °).Filling and sealing should be done immediatelyl after injection and blowing ,which avodis any pollution.
