Product Description

1.The machine equipped with Siemens control system. Electrical components such PLC, motor, energy saving inverter, contactor and low voltage electrical parts are all Siemens. The machine has an excellence performance with Siemens control system.

2.The temperature controlled by Seimens PLC,the extruder stops automatically if the temperature is down because of heater or thermocouples damaged.

3.There is die head pressure testing in the die head.The PLC shots down the extruders if the pressure inside the die head is too high.

4.Special designed mold clamping system, stable and reliable. Higher lock pressure, fast closing and opening.

5.Thicker mold clamping platen, solid stiffener provide super strength to the platen. No deformation during high locking pressure. Ensure the perfect shape of products.

6.Advanced IKV screw is using. Enforced feeding ensure the higher plasticizing capacity and energy saving. Efficiency cooling system and heater covers make the maintenance simple and safe.

BLOW MOLDING ADVANTAGES:

The Buyer could dispatch their operators to the Seller’s factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs;

Or against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller’s technician could train the Buyer’s operators in the Buyer’s factory in the periods of installing & adjusting;

The training is free of charge;

INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT

The Seller could dispatch an engineer against the requests of the Buyer to install and adjust the machines for one week in the Buyer’s factory.

The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;

The Buyer should pay for the engineer’s visa application cost, round air tickets, food & board before his departure;

GUARANTEE

The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally works in the Buyer’s factory, if only the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the Seller. We will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems.

Any problem caused due to irregular operation or incorrect maintenance by the Buyer won’t be listed in guarantee coverage.
