1. Simple structure:
There is only one cam and output shaft, which can provide any intermittent motion without other unnecessary parts.
2. Correct driving mechanism:
When indexing or stopping, the roller is fixed in the designated position without locking elements.
3. Smooth movement:
Since the output shaft is designed to rotate continuously in any position (regardless of angle, speed and/or acceleration), the rotating device operates smoothly, without vibration and noise.
4. High-precision indexing:
The specially designed needle bearings in the splitter ensure heavy load capacity while maintaining high splitting accuracy and high torque. This standard model has a segmentation accuracy of ±30”. Higher segmentation accuracy (±15”) is available if required.
5. High-speed performance:
Pre-tightening force is applied to the precision-machined cam and tapered support ribs of the needle bearings to completely avoid gaps and ensure reliable operation and high speed. Fully controlled acceleration reduces the effects of load or vibration.
6. Motion curve:
