After cooling and shaping, the mold can be removed to obtain a plastic hollow product with the same shape as the cavity. This is the hollow blow molding process we are familiar with.

Common blow molding processes include extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, and stretch blow molding. In extrusion blow molding, the molten material is extruded through the extrusion device, and the extruded embryo is put into the blow molding mold for blow molding and demoulding. After cooling and shaping, the product is taken out; during injection blow molding, the bottom mold is first injected. Then transfer to the blow mold for blow molding, cooling and shaping, and then demoulding to take out the product; Stretch blow molding uses extrusion or injection to produce the mold base, which is placed in the blow mold and stretched axially with a tie rod, horizontally Blow molding, then cooling and shaping, and finally demoulding to make the product.
