03-Cooling tower parts description

Enclosure and basin

Fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) is produced using water-resistant resin and high-quality fiberglass mat. With good moisturizing properties, high gel strength and high strength, the gel coat is sprayed on the FRP parts through a machine and thermoformed.

Fan and drive system

All cooling tower fans are balanced with adjustable pitch blades for smooth and quiet operation. Cooling tower fan materials are available in ABS, ordinary standard aluminum alloy, fiberglass or stainless steel. Small capacity cooling towers use direct drive low noise fans. Larger capacity fans are equipped with belt drive reducers or gearboxes.

The high-coefficient rotating nozzle made of plastic or aluminum alloy can reduce the pressure lost by friction and evenly distribute water to achieve maximum thermal cooling performance.

Made of high-quality, performance-improved PVC material, it has high cooling efficiency, corrosion resistance, and meets UL V-0 standards. The filling surface of the cooling tower is corrugated to increase the spacing between the fillers to ensure that the fillers are not blocked and overcome water quality problems. Special materials can be selected when the inlet water temperature is high.
