working principle:

In a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, rubber is vulcanized, and the entire vulcanization process is completed using a new electric heating method. New stainless steel electric heating tubes are arranged in N groups on the tank wall. The high-temperature fan spreads the heat evenly from back to front through the temperature circulation plate, pushes it to the tank door, and returns to the fan for diversion. The temperature and pressure in the entire tank are uniform, forming a working environment for tire vulcanization.

For full container goods, we usually machine-pack with stretch film and then load into containers. To ensure safety, we will use steel to secure the machine.

For LCL goods, we usually machine-pack them in standard wooden boxes before shipping.
