Product Description

working principle:

The rubber is vulcanized under high temperature and high pressure environment, and the whole vulcanization process is completed by a new electric heating method. N groups of new stainless steel electric heating tubes are arranged in the tank wall. The high-temperature fan spreads the heat evenly from the back to the front through the temperature circulation plate, pushes it to the tank door, and returns to the fan to guide the flow. The temperature in the whole tank is uniform and the pressure is constant, thus forming a working environment for tire vulcanization.
