1. Introduction of PCB deboarding machine:
1) Circuit board recycling machine (electronic component dismantling machine) is mainly used for dismantling electronic components on PCB boards of electrical application equipment such as computers and televisions. The PCB is heated to 250°C by 7 resistive heaters to melt the solder. The inner drum spins out the solder and electronic components from the PCB board in the drum through a 20mm*20mm screen. Then, separate the solder from the electronic components through a 4mm*4mm vibrating screen. The solder recovery rate is 80%, and due to the small pieces of electronic components inside the solder, the purity is 60%. Recycled solder will be refined in resistance furnaces to achieve 95% purity.
2) Compared with the manual method, the dismantling equipment is automatic, with high efficiency, low cost, small footprint, convenient operation and no dust pollution. The disassembled PCB is called a substrate, and copper and other non-metallic materials can be recovered by physical methods. The dismantling rate can reach 95%.
3) The shell is double-layer insulation.
