The decarboxylation reactor is a robust and complete solvent recovery solution for processors. The SSC Series allows operators to perform three key post-extraction steps: primary solvent recovery, residual solvent stripping, and decarboxylation in one compact system, reducing the overall amount of equipment required to produce extracts.
The decarboxylation reactor is equipped with an explosion-proof motor for agitation and a built-in FBL heater, allowing the unit to reach a temperature of 250°F. This is especially useful when more experienced extractors leave some solvent in their product to help transfer the oil to the decarboxylation reactor. All of these cool features on the stainless steel decarburization reactor are controlled by an easy-to-use digital PLC. Our decarboxylation reactors can also be easily added and used in any of our mobile extraction laboratory setups!
