Scope of application This three-roll calender is mainly used for single-sided continuous coating of rubber sheets for cords, fabrics, and other braided materials. Structural features 1. The roller is made of chilled cast iron alloy, the surface is cold ground, hard and wear-resistant; the roller circumference is drilled, and the heating and cooling effects are good. 2. A single motor drives each calender. There are friction gears at both ends of the rollers of the three calenders. The speed ratio can be adjusted through the pull key to meet different process requirements. 3. In order to ensure the precision of rolled products, there are shaft passing devices, pull-back devices, and pre-bending devices. 4. The machine is equipped with emergency stop devices to protect operators and equipment. 5. Driven by a DC motor, the digital speed control device is used as the driver to ensure the stability of the output torque.
